Owner, Mantra Estate
Mr. Berjis Desai is the Non-Executive Non – Independent Director and Chairman of MICL. A Master of Law from the University of Cambridge, he is an independent legal counsel engaged in Private Client Practice. Retired as Managing Partner of J Sagar Associates, a National Law Firm; he guides the company towards a culture of strong corporate governance and compliance.
Mr. H.K. Satpathy
Sales Head, Siddhi Enclave
Mr. H. K. Satpathy is Siddhi Enclaves’s Sales Head. With more than 10 years of experience, he is a veteran of the construction industry. He joined the Company in 1991, after completing his graduation in commerce. It was under his leadership that the Company won the prestigious contract for the construction of the first private port in India at Nhava Sheva, in 1997. Since this turning point in the company’s history, his entrepreneurial acumen and vision have taken the Company to new heights.

The Certification Body is TUV Nord, Germany and the Accreditation Body is DAkkS, Germany. The Certificate is Valid for 3 Years till 02.04.2025.
